Client’s Goal:

Purdue Extension hoped to gain a better understanding of how to operate as a team in a more productive manner by gaining a better understanding and improved awareness of the needs and wants of team members. Additionally, Purdue Extension hoped for assistance in understanding their individual and team goals and priorities. 

Our Solution:

Purdue Extension partnered with Stratavize Consulting Inc. to better understand the individual and group roles that are required to productively, effectively manage problems and solutions. This was completed through individual assessments asking team members to define their priorities. The group then attended a workshop to fully discuss the listed priorities and promote actionable change that led to a more collaborative and efficient team. 

In partnership with Purdue Extension, our process was to:
Reviewed individual assessments to team members that gauged priorities. 

Built tailored workshops based on the assessment results to discuss what the group needs to be successful . 

Provide the tools for the team to create their own action plans moving forward in a way that tailors to individuals needs.
