Client’s Goal:

The Anderson Museum of Art (AMOA) sought to enhance community engagement, increase accessibility to the arts, and strengthen its relationship with local schools and educators. Facing challenges such as a lack of foot traffic, fundraising strategy, and general awareness, AMOA aimed to develop a clear roadmap for expanding its reach and impact within Madison County and beyond. 

Our Solution:

Stratavize Consulting partnered with AMOA to create a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the museum’s vision of making the arts more accessible and promoting strong community relationships.  

In partnership with AMOA, our process was to: 

icon Conducting listening sessions and surveys with local art teachers to understand the needs and barriers within the community. 

icon Facilitating strategic planning sessions with AMOA leadership to establish clear goals and actionable steps. 

icon Identifying opportunities for expanding educational programming, including after-school art classes, student gallery exhibits, and immersive STEAM experiences. 

icon Developing a community engagement strategy to enhance awareness and participation in AMOA programs. 

icon Outlining a roadmap for securing additional funding and partnerships to support the museum’s long-term sustainability.
