Client’s Goal:

Bethany Seminary aimed to promote team building for their staff to create a more seamless experience for their students by looking through new lenses at the problems students face. This allowed the staff to build systems, processes, and new ways to work together to understand and appreciate how the students feel. 

Our Solution:

Bethany Seminary partnered with Stratavize Consulting Inc. to increase their staff efficiency by looking through the eyes of their students. This is a highly effective way to bring a different perspective to the conversation when discussing improvements to the student experience. Stratavize completed this goal by facilitating a workshop that discussed how students think, what they see, what they say, what they hear, how they’re doing, and how they’re feeling to create a student experience that the staff would want to be a part of. 

In collaboration with Bethany Seminary, our process was to:
