Client’s Goal:
The Blackford County Community Foundation aimed to deepen their understanding of the impact of the Greenway Expansion and use that information to apply for a large grant. Additionally, the foundation sought incentives and programs to boost the overall experience and frequency of visitors on the Greenway.
Our Solution:
To collaborate with the Blackford County Community Foundation to create a comprehensive Trail Usage survey that assessed various groups‘ experience while on the Greenway, additional questions encompassed experience on other trails to gain a benchmark to compare to the Greenway. This survey was the foundation for an Ideas and Opportunities report that the Blackford County Community Foundation can continue utilizing to foster Greenway improvements.
