Blue Buffalo requested to have Lauralee Hites attend a team meeting and share her thoughts about embracing change and growth. This facilitation was meant to motivate and encourage participants to actively consider change both outside and within the workplace. This is due to the ever-changing external market that Blue Buffalo faces, and they want people who can not only navigate these changes, but also thrive within them.Our Solution:
Blue Buffalo partnered with Stratavize Consulting Inc. to help create and reinforce an environment that not only reacts to change, but proactively seeks to improve and find solutions through change. We did this by reinforcing the idea that there is power within uncertainty, and there is no correct way to embrace change. Everyone does it differently, but everyone has the potential to embrace change for what it is, not what they fear.In collaboration with Blue Buffalo, our process was to:
Facilitate a change embracement workshop where participants could hear how impactful change can be, and the importance of finding your own purpose within change
