Client’s Goal:
EverHeart Hospice was at a transformational point in its evolution. The organization aimed to embed leadership development into daily operations and drive a culture shift that aligns with its values: Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, Patient and Family Centered, and Community Focused. Their objectives included bridging the gap between leadership and staff, reduce turnover, eliminate a standing “us vs. them” culture, and strengthening onboarding processes to build cultural alignment from day one.
Our Solution:
Stratavize Consulting Inc. partnered with EverHeart Hospice to implement a leadership and culture transformation initiative, with a strong focus on ongoing coaching at both executive and leadership levels.
In partnership with EverHeart, our process was to: Develop a Micro-Learning Series full of 12 monthly tactical sessions for leadership covering client picked topics to address.
Develop a custom onboarding program including branded digital onboarding modules that emphasize EverHeart’s cultural values and patient promises
Facilitate an All-Team Development Day to align staff to the ongoing culture transformation
Develop an employee engagement survey to follow up on a benchmark 2023 survey to assess current employee satisfaction
