Client’s Goal:

The Fayette County Community Foundation has worked with Stratavize through multiple contracts the past few years. The Foundation’s goal was to improve public awareness of the organization and its impact on the community. Then later, they wanted to enhance the board’s effectiveness.

Our Solution:

The Fayette County Community Foundation partnered with Stratavize Consulting to receive board training through a workshop meant to build capacity for the board. Additionally Stratavize provided a road map for the board to utilize for their board building cycle. This was coupled with multiple marketing campaigns involving social media, website, and email marketing. 

In collaboration with Fayette County Community Foundation, our process was to: 

Facilitate a board training workshop to provide the framework for the board-building cycle and build capacity for the board to utilize and implement the framework in their own future meetings. 

Provide templates, schedule, and discussion topics that served as a road map for the board to follow to co-create their board building cycle.  

Provide a communications playbook including quarterly campaigns, including ideas for personas, social media, blogs, and newsletters.
