Client’s Goal:
Indiana United Ways (IUW)’s goal was to increase collaboration and overall effectiveness of their board and committees.
Our Solution:
We recommended to achieve their goals, board and committees must know each other at a deeper level while also increasing their own self awareness. This was completed by first assessing the current board members, then later hosting workshops that focused on emotional and social intelligence, fostering trust among members, and encouraging participation and strategic thinking.
In collaboration with IUW, our process was to:
Provide an assessment for board members to share their feelings towards the current trends, and environment of IUW.
Build tailored workshops based on the assessment results to define how the group should collaborate to achieve their goals.
Provide insights through workshops that build members social and emotional intelligence and ultimately build trust and transparency within the organization.
