Client’s Goal:

Morrisson Reeves Library aimed to strengthen its engagement with local residents and modernize its services to meet the evolving needs of its users. The library sought to transform its image from a traditional library to a dynamic community hub offering digital resources, workshops, and events that cater to all age groups. 

Our Solution:

Stratavize Consulting Inc. collaborated with Morrisson Reeves Library to develop a strategic plan that focused on becoming a community resource hub. 

In partnership with MRL, our process was to:
Create a tactical team to help with managing logistics.

Create a strategy development team to guide the process.

Conduct surveys to gather input on services and programs. 

Host a community listening session to hear ideas on how the library could fill gaps within the community. 

Host focus groups with key stakeholders including parents, patrons, students, and partners. 

Facilitate a two-day retreat with the strategic development team to co-create their strategic plan
