New Castle Main Street aimed to create a vibrant downtown by creating a clear vision and strategic plan. Their goals included building sustainability for the organization, prioritizing revitalization efforts, increasing community buy-in, and identifying programs and grants to support growth.
Our Solution:
Stratavize Consulting Inc. partnered with New Castle Main Street to develop a comprehensive strategic plan aligned with the Main Street America and OCRA’s Four-Point Plan. The process engaged stakeholders, assessed current challenges, and set a clear vision for the future.
In collaboration with New Castle Main Street, our process included:
Conducting a board assessment survey and a community-wide survey to gather insights from residents and stakeholders.
Facilitating strategy planning sessions focused on aligning the board’s efforts with community priorities.
Developing a new vision and mission statement to guide the organization.
Designing a 4-Point Strategic Plan covering economic vitality, design, organization, and promotion.
Creating a road map and role map for clear implementation steps and accountability.
Supporting activation through a mini-marketing campaign or donor pitch deck to drive engagement and funding.
