Client’s Goal:

The Wayne County EDC aimed to enhance its brand identity to attract more businesses and talent to the area. The EDC sought to develop a brand for its existing “Home In Wayne” initiative and activate this brand throughout the county. Their goal was to bring together a group of stakeholders to co-create the community brand.  

Our Solution:

Stratavize Consulting Inc. collaborated with IronGate Creative and the Wayne County EDC to develop a workshop series to bring together partners to create a cohesive brand identity.  

In partnership with the EDC, our process was to:

Facilitate a 3-part workshop series with community leaders. This series strengthened individual connections, fostered a deeper relationship  between the EDC and community organizations, and led to a co-created community brand concept, which our partners at IronGate could bring to life.
